We are classical Pilates teachers, best friends and students dedicated to the original work of Joe Pilates, which Joe himself called Contrology. We recognize that Joe Pilates created not only an exercise method, but an entire lifestyle formula that results in joy and personal excellence.
Allison is certified by internationally-renowned classical Pilates teacher Dorothee VandeWalle at the world-class Metropolitan Pilates training center in Seattle, WA.
Emilie is certified by Allison Breen at Authentic Pilates - The Art of Control in Portland OR.
Together, we created Pilates Script. We currently teach live online, and in-person in SW Portland / Beaverton, OR and Helena, MT.
